ASHBURN, Virginia—Sensalyze Inc, a leading supplier of IoT software and services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of assets of Commerce Events, (www.CommerceEvents.com) a privately-held supplier of IoT solutions targeted at transportation, logistics, security and law enforcement. In conjunction with the asset acquisition, the Commerce Events team of employees has joined Sensalyze. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
